      Pros

      So many of the people I get to work with on the design, product, and engineering teams are genuinely good people. No doubt has Podium gone through a lot of change over the last 6-12 months, but it's created a ton of opportunity for everyone and the energy is incredible right now. The sense of purpose and mission feel great right now.

      Cons

      Not many cons right now. Things change fast around here, but I see that as a good thing because it creates opportunity for everyone to play a role in the success of Podium.

      Pros

      It feels great to be working for a company that provides a product that has a major impact on our customers day to day lives and helps local businesses grow and thrive. We want local businesses to win and care deeply about helping them reach their goals. The team at Podium is passionate, innovative, collaborative and overall has low ego to approaching hard challenges. I love my coworkers and feel fortunate to be able to build with them daily. The leadership team is focused on the right strategies and metrics to get us where we need to go as a business.

      Cons

      We are seeing a ton of upside after a period of hardships. We are turning the business around and feel like there is more upside than downside to where we are headed.
