Pros

I love working at Podium. One of my favorite places to work so far and I've worked at some incredible companies. Worth looking into for sure! Small(ish) Growing High paced environment Amazing culture High level of talent- learn from a lot of people Great opportunity to make a lot of money

Cons

At times, you don't have all of the resources you would have in a large company. But every day that's less and less the case. Because of high growth, if you don't speak up for help if needed, it's possible to be left behind.

Pros

I'm in sales, and love how Podium really does empower you with the right ecosystem for success. I've been in a few start-ups that were moderately structured and organized to scale with the explosive growth we experience here at Podium. The executives + management team give great insight and have grown the company the right way. You can target both large and small clients to have big paychecks and the transactions to get you to your number. Often the saying "Territory, Timing, and Talent" will dictate your success, and often in that order. NOT at Podium. You own your future here. Finding Clients to Sell To- In terms of prospecting for new clients, Podium's marketing is top notch and will bring LOTS of leads in for you to close. Prospecting is relatively easy given the huge pain point that Podium addresses. Culture- Great environment and culture- not surprisingly it is very feedback oriented and meant for people looking to grow. I'm in sales and have a high tolerance for conflict and feedback, and you will be expected to grow and learn from the feedback. Expect to be good coming in, and become great quickly. The team is diversified with young and experienced talent. The cool part is that everyone learns from each other regardless of experience. Young bucks teach the old dogs new tricks. Quota Attainment- Most sales executives meet their target. Many blow through their number. Pay- Competitive Benefits- Competitive Travel- Once/Twice monthly

Cons

Because it is fast paced, sometimes you can feel overburdened with urgency/stress. I recommend a good gym membership :)
