Lack of communication makes gossip culture

Met some lifelong friends here

Cons

The last two rounds of layoffs lead to people that worked for legacy tufts for many years (10-20 years) being laid off suddenly on a Monday morning with no plan for those left. The reasoning was restructuring but because these leaders with many years of service left immediately those left are scrambling to pick up the pieces and figure out how to handle things with limited distribution.

Depending on your team you can work with people who really want to make a change.

Cons

Constant change in leadership. Low pay, people are pulled in a million directions. Poor technology.

Cons

The company is definitely still going through the pains of a merger. There are too many leadership changes (aka Directors, VP, Senior VPs) that occur what feels like every other month which has led to constant shift in goals, priorities, and objectives. This has led to extreme low employee morale and job dissatisfaction. Priorities are constantly shifting, leadership clearly does not know how to “turn the ship around” and address the financial hardships from the cybersecurity attack from last year.
