Sadly from the merger of tufts health plan and Harvard pilgrim has made for a company that forgot how to love their employees- the culture shift of welcoming all has gone out the window. So many long term employees have left not because of their job function but because many of the new management teams abs structures are quite simply mismanaged and loosely aligned with departments
