Cons

Constant senior management turnover and hiring of incompetent management team. There was a time when I used to be proud of the company's DEI and ethical standards, not anymore. Not so inclusive hiring standards especially for senior level management. lack of diversity in senior management.

Able to work from home. Pay is okay.

Cons

Too many leaders in the company and a lot of layoffs and reorgs. Started after merging with Harvard Pilgrim. Also, not enough transparency to changes from the Company employees and executives. Finances is in trouble. More possible layoffs in the future. Another issue is, if you suggest anything it gets ignored.

Pros

The people are generally great. Work life balance is great, and the benefits are pretty good. I believe that everyone truly does want to improve the health of the community.

Cons

It’s a tough industry. The merger of Tuft’s and HarvardPilgrim only made things worse. Management turnover has been through the roof since the merger. Tight budgets mean more work and fewer perks. They’re trying to improve internal growth opportunities, but tight budgets make this more difficult. HR can be difficult to work with. Job security is at a low due to the financial situation.
