Open time off but this is limited to certain times of the year; etc

Cons

Micromanagement, unorganized, overworked, changing job requirements every month, ageism, and forcing people to quit.

Pros

Remote work and flexible time off is helpful. Benefits are pretty good as well. Managers are supportive though they are struggling as well so they can only do so much.

Cons

Company synergy does not exist at the organization - clear goals and direction are not understood or communicated to the staff so everyday seems like a circus. Staff is operating in fear which is difficult to navigate.

Remote/hybrid work environment. Promote from within. Excellent training for entry level call center roles. Sense of community. Positive work/life balance.

Cons

Constant leadership changes and department re-orgs since THP & HPHC merger. Lower salary for internal promotions which originally started at entry level.
