Some of the people make the job worth it.

Cons

Due to the merger all employees were forced into having to have a Havard Pilgrim plan which was more expensive, takes less doctors than Tufts Health Plan and the added risk of another cyber attack. They also claim the change had to do with having more workforce outside of New England when the whole mission of the company was to be a local non profit but instead we outsource to people all over the world and hiring people that last less than one year in there role
