Pros

Company is very good and updates all details promptly and nice volunteer opportunities and Management and Pay is good. Nice Managers and very flexible hours. One of the best companies to work for.

Cons

Lately due to Tufts and Harvard Pilgrim merge few lost Jobs and few are on line to loose jobs especially Public Plans and not much update on what their fate is and Sad thing is they don't consider or promote any folks coming from Network Health who have put all their effort and stood strong and supported in every Nature. All promotions are only for folks who came from Harvard Pilgrim and Tufts .Hope the Upper Management takes into consideration about few dynamic Managers who deserve to be promoted.

Good people who want to do good work. Unlimited PTO

Cons

The executive leadership team is so full of egos from the Head of HR to the CEO. Instead of being interested in how to build commitment, teams and capability, they focus on numbers and dollars. Everyone is trying to outdo everyone else. This is not the way to engage people. Many talented people have left because the new leadership team talks a good game but cannot or won't actually walk it.

Too much confusion post-merger. Customer service also seems equally confused. All claims processes are overly complex for no apparent reason and no easy way to sort it out either.
