Constant change, poor leadership that projects financial failures onto employees rather than accept responsibility, layoffs in March 2025 and again in June 2025. Perks and benefits being slowly whittled away, such as eliminating half the “wellness days” for summer. Leadership does not actually care about healthcare outcomes. Sinking ship.
