Ok benefits, open time off. Diverse group of employees.

Cons

The merger has not been a good thing for the two companies. No transparency from leaders. Lots of turn over. No one seems to want to listen and when they do things are glossed over to make it seem like things are ok. Culture is non existent and doesn’t seem to have a clear path defining one. Moved HQ to an area not as accessible by public transportation. Getting things done seems nearly impossible due to lack of resources. Hard work is no longer recognized. Career growth hard to come by……
