      Pros

      company has a great work life balance . Managers are very accommodating and friendly . The leadership is very transparent. Flexible work from home options . some of the team members are vastly experienced and very supportive to new comers.

      Cons

      low Compensation . No or very less bonus and incentives. Product market size is very small.
