Pros

- Excellent training - Good company culture for most project teams - Flexible hours for most project teams - Good people, supportive managers - Open to extra-curricular activities and hobbies - Onsite opportunity outside of the Philippines

Cons

- Low compensation. The salary is one of the biggest pain points of employees, new or old. - Out of pocket expenses. Several projects may require travel to client site, which is usually marred with a difficult commute and rough traffic. The personal expenses are out of employee pocket, on top of an already low daily rate. Elicitation phases, demo phases, and support phases are hit by this, and if reimbursement even is an option, it will either come out of personal benefits or it will take too much time to process. - Inconsistent company rulings. Each project team has its own set of rules, some will be a little more relaxed, while others will have a borderline toxic environment. - Limited opportunities. Certain roles have scarce opportunities to either practice or grow. QA and Development skills are the most frequent and easily-attainable roles, but others are far less. - Turnover is expected, and is most expedient. Employee turnover is frequent and is already expected by upper management. Those who leave take the expertise with them, leaving the project team understaffed and overworked, with limited efforts to compensate the loss. For those who leave, back-pay is reportedly a lengthy wait (3 weeks minimum, to several months). - Enjoys corporate praise with acknowledgement, but no real tangible rewards. The company has worked its way to become one of the best IT companies *for its clients*, but the employees rarely get any tangible reward for it. For every award or growth or new building or new office space, there will be many internal announcements, but most employees are left wondering why the salary remains low.

Pros

It's fun working here probably because of its young employees. You'd learn a lot here because you'd be forced to.

Cons

Salary is quite below the industry standard and they give three years bond to fresh graduates
