They filed for my Permanent Residency, provides comparatively good benefits package. Their placement team is very good at providing you with options of some good opportunities.

Cons

Mostly contract based projects, so you need to be open for relocation.

Family atmosphere, no one bothers regarding appraisals, training, etc. which is good. They dont care how you are especially if at client site since they care only about billing. Thus good for client facing resources

Cons

Management cadre are mostly crooks. They inflate tremendously data to project growth, knowing the system never bothers to audit. Feeds only that information which will satisfy their superiors, dare not question especially the CEO. CEO lives in a dream world thinking his company is as great as top 3 management companies, because thats what his reports feed him.
