Pros

Great place to gain experience with a globally recognized brand.

Cons

Polaroid was a stable place to work with good pay and the chance to learn from an international team. I enjoyed working on such an iconic brand, but the corporate structure often limited creativity and growth, and the work could feel repetitive. The new CEO came from a finance background and seemed to care little about the brand’s creative heritage, which made the company feel more focused on numbers than on preserving what made Polaroid unique.

Pros

You'll never be bored, but it's because you'll be doing 3 jobs.

Cons

-You'll be painfully underpaid and they'll tell you you're making what you deserve. -You'll be expected to take on more work than you feasibly can, and if you complain about it, they'll give you a warning on your file -You won't receive promised compensation -They can't keep higher ups - 5 CEO's in as many years -There is absolutely no reporting structure. -If you're not down for forced socialization, you won't succeed.
