Nice environment, cool products to work with, I just wish they pay a bit more!
Pros
- Working on different kinds of products is quite nice and you can learn a lot about the instant photography industry as well. - You get to meet and be around a lot of people from the creativity industry, such as photographers, singers and artists in general, which is kinda cool! - The company is pretty much plural when it comes to nationalities, I get to work with people from, at least 7+ countries, which is rich from the cultural perspective! - The work/life balance is good and that's something I value a lot, so there's no crunch or need to work overtime.
Cons
- I wish my salary was a bit higher, unfortunately there are other companies paying a bit more for the same position I have. - They struggle a bit when it comes to support remote work culture and I know that some people are not happy with that, but there are some improvements on that and I'm hopeful to see a more balanced work environment in the future.
