      Employee discounts, most of the time the managers take pity and buy you food

      Cons

      As a minor you WILL be underpaid and be expected to over look it! You'd get about $40- $60 a week.

      Fancy meetings 2x a year don't make up for the 60+ hours worked as a GM a week! Minimum Pay!

      Pros

      Pros are great destinations if GM 2x a year other than that it's a waste No appreciation to GMs. Accountability is preached but not followed thru from above.

      Cons

      DM's and above Management don't care about You! As long as doors open, it's normal biz. GM's are underpaid with amount of hours worked! Not worth the Pay, and bonus structures get harder to get. Don't believe "quality of life" company. Not True! Maybe for Upper management.
