If not everything is managed by yourself, they will be quite dissapointed and judgemental. - They have "No-tipping" signs on the walls. Although you're paid normal hourly wages, customers should be able to pay whatever they want. - Poor training, with miscommunication and derogatory comments made based on your confusion. - Low staff most of the time
