Free meal during shift (this should be standard anyway), flexible scheduling. and the people are alright.

Cons

It is fast food. Also cooperate likes to come in from time to time to disrupt everyone. Problem is that while the senior management are usually okay, and store management is often competent--the district level management is not. You know, "The Usual cons."

The customers aren't that bad

Cons

The employees are ghetto and ratchet. Rude to customers and mean an very very evil. Management were just as bad as the bottom employees.
