You get hands on experience on every job provided at Pollo.

Cons

They should bring the sauce bar back because people shouldn't be limited on how many sauces they want. Service needs to be better in attending to customers needs, and customers must be respectful to the workers even when there is short staff.

-Easy to learn tasks and duties

Cons

-Understaffed and more work than it's really worth -Manager dumped more hours on me than I wanted to work in the first place -Minimum wage; this again emphasized that the job wasn't worth it
