Employee discounts, most of the time the managers take pity and buy you food

Cons

As a minor you WILL be underpaid and be expected to over look it! You'd get about $40- $60 a week.

Pros

Weekly pay which is helpful with direct deposit. Company benefits are fair for the industry average. That’s about sums it up.

Cons

No work life balance. Company hierarchy is the worst. No people value, 6-7 work week as a manager. HR is a joke as they don’t know what they are doing. Strongly suggest they reform the executive team all the way down to the regional level. “People matter”
