Business prospects are looking great for DealerPolicy. Leadership navigated the Covid 19 pandemic with policy that puts trust in employees. Smart and dedicated people at all levels.

Cons

Some change and shifting priorities, though this is to be expected in a growth company.

Management is hands-off Team chemistry is celebrated Opinions are considered and discussed Work-life balance is respected The technology is awesome Pay is good for the area

Cons

It's still a startup albeit well-funded so there are road bumps when it comes to scaling and delegating responsibilities but the resources are provided and you are treated with respect. I've experienced such little in-fighting that when it does occur, I'm taken aback. However I've always felt encouraged to voice concern
