Flexibility in the hours worked. Good people in the corporate office and stores.

No structure in the company. A lot of small problems that are redundant everyday.

Retirement plans, opportunities to move into diff jobs. I went from a bagger to cashier to Deli then cake decorating.

Cons

Not the best professional environment. The baggers had to clean the bathrooms, unclog the toilets etc which I did not agree with at all.
