Pros

Managers were usually helping when things got out of hand; prepare to be overly friendly and greet guests with a "Welcome to Polly's" when a new customer walks in. Great place to get fast experience and build people skills.

Cons

Some coworkers wouldn't be self starters and I'd have to overwork at certain times of the day and ask for help when they should have seen that I was a little behind and naturally ran my food or drinks when I was swamped.

Many of the people at this company are wonderful, hardworking and passionate at doing their best for the company. I loved working with the majority of the people here.

Cons

Family owned business, unfortunately the family is in charge and the politics are so awful that in the past two years many many key people have left. It is unfortunate because other than that one issue, this is a great business.
