Tips are good and there was a time I would have given five stars in every aspect of working there.
Cons
Management does not participate in customer service. When it is clear there are not enough employees on the floor during a busy period, they will not step in to help the customers. What they will do is sit at a table to eat and talk. Then when they are done, they don't even clean their table. The very least they could do is bus some of the dirty tables that the one server on the floor is not able to do because that person is just too busy. What management will do is sit in the office, watch the monitors, and come out to yell at someone for walking past a piece of trash on the floor. Management's work ethic creates an unpleasant work environment.
