Company doesn’t care about it’s employees opinions or customer opinions. Many times both customers and employees would make suggestions to corporate to help improve the store and none of it was heard. They continued to blame it on customer service which wasn’t the issue at hand it was constant menu changes which drove people away and the lack of updates to the technology and store itself that was causing the decline in business. But it’s never corporates fault it’s always the employees.

The dishwashing machine is incredibly underpowered, it's a manual one that holds two racks and operates for 90 seconds long. It is not capable of keeping up with a full restaurant during a promo day or holiday, plates get stacked and take hours to clear out, the same happens if a worker misses a shift, it's not capable of keeping up with past shift plates if someone were to miss a shift, a whole night of work wouldn't fix it. This company is understaffed which means you might have to do 6 days a week to fill in. Look elsewhere for dishwashing positions.
