Long shifts, 6 month probationary period with no benefits, which is ridiculous.

Lots of overtime up to 60 hours a week or more Super friendly staff if you are fluent in Spanish Most stations will have fans for you Hearing and eye protection provided

Cons

Very little protection from overheating Not enough water stations so it’s very easy to become dehydrated unless you are put close to the water or work in a forklift People are only really friendly if you know Spanish
