Pros

Company is growing very fast. Small organization, potential to move up quickly, lots of issues to work on to prove yourself. Good people to work with, some managers look out for you

Cons

Top level management are friends, no teamwork spirit. Lack of communication. Managers have all the information but never pass it down. Company treats employees, especially production, as an expendable workforce. No performance reviews, town hall meetings, or any group meetings whatsoever.
