The weekly pay and paid breaks are great. I would recommend to my friends. Room for lateral movement when proven worthy.

Cons

The thirty six hour paychecks when you work forty eight hours Point system is faulty. Have to learn how to do everything fast.

Overtime, and it's 4 days on 4 days off, with 12 hour long days

Cons

Pay sucks, people suck, management sucks, every other aspect of the company sucks. Hardly any chance of moving up. Very small pay difference between a packer and a coordinator. The jobs that do less get paid waaay more.
