long breaks, really easy job but sometimes can be difficult if shorthanded

Cons

if no people, you will have to work. Other companies pay better out there but its fine i guess if you just need to get experience. Managers do not know what they are doing sometimes and make really dumb decisions, not logical. Company does not care about employees at all, people are overworked for little pay.

Easy job, and cannot think of any other pros

Cons

Poor pay, starting with one week vacation in a year, no bonus pay, no technical skill required to do the job! Very unprofessional manager who actually is not an engineer. Many uneducated managers in charge.

Cons

If you’re not okay with being really hot or cold during the seasons then this job won’t be for you. There’s no ac anywhere other than the break rooms so if you can’t handle that you probably won’t last long
