Pros
Good pay and Co workers. 401k is good too.
Cons
Mgmt/Upper mgmt SUCKS. If your Mgr says No to Something there's no one else to goto. There's upper mgmt and HR but they are not going to support you. No raises besides COLA. Mgmt plays lot of favoritism. Basically kiss upto them then you are guaranteed promotion/ pay increases. You can get by with minimal work. They will create positions for you so, you can work remote. Overall upper mgmt/ HR sucks.
