Middle-management bosses are very helpful and have your back.

Cons

Recently went through a merger with Reichhold. Some parts of the company are still disorganized. No yearly performance reviews, only get raises by promotion or for COLA increase.

Loved working with the people and performing my job. Employees were mostly friendly with many years of knowledge. Pay and benefits were good - especially under Reichhold.

Cons

Lots of mistakes due to decisions not being fully understood or thought out. Management doesn’t communicate and/or have clear direction while acting slowly. Equity owners were extremely cheap and sneaky - cut severance pay twice and then offered a relocation package. Took away bonus for the last year work. Hard work, dedication, and success did not seem appreciated.
