Hot Mess

Pros

Some of the people working there are decent. Quality Manager was helpful and HR actually did their jobs. Good stepping stone.

Cons

Extremely lax on chemical hygiene, chemical safety, proper personal protective equipment. When I started working there in the "lab", if you can call it that, employees didn't wear proper (any) PPE and were not formally trained as scientists - except for the two R&D scientists and myself. There was absolutely no onboarding, the staffing agency was awful, the upper management was awful and did not care what was going on in the operations. There was a scam-artist who worked there for some time and ended up calling OSHA on a false claim. This resulted not in actual safety practices being implemented, but the installation of cameras everywhere. There is no career mobility at all.

The technology is old and dated.
