Pros

Work on a team with minimum members I have a little responsibility. They try to do something it's not like we're building pyramids.

Cons

Not really much growth opportunity the last time had a raise was after a pay decrease from Covid back to the previous wage. Workers received an amazon gift card that year. After that only email congratulations

i still have a job and work form home. client closed there buildings have health insurance. No choice for health ins just a hsa

pomeroy never made us go to one of there site which are limited. never give us raises or feed back on raises.
