Pros

Co workers and my direct supervisor were great to work for.

Cons

Management doesn't live by the word of their contract. We were supposed to get 30 days notice upon being laid off due to the data center being shut down, but we only received 10 days notice.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review and share your perspective with us. I am sorry to hear that your employment ended with short notice. In all honesty, often timelines are driven by the client...not determined by Pomeroy. I completely agree that both individuals and companies should live up to the terms of the contracts that they agree to. I am curious about the contract that you are referring to. To my knowledge, Pomeroy does not enter into such contracts with employees. However, if you are able to share the contract with me, I would be happy to pursue the terms of the agreement. Pros

The only pro is the three-day, twelve-hour work week.

Cons

The sad pay, NO raises, NOWHERE to go, NO advancement, NO communication from management, uncaring supervisors, an all-around pathetic, OLD-technology data center.

Nice people to work with. Quiet place. Always someone there to help. Pay well and good benefits.

Cons

Parking stinks and boss can be a pain at times. Long hours.
