      i still have a job and work form home. client closed there buildings have health insurance. No choice for health ins just a hsa

      pomeroy never made us go to one of there site which are limited. never give us raises or feed back on raises.

      Pros

      Co workers and my direct supervisor were great to work for.

      Cons

      Management doesn't live by the word of their contract. We were supposed to get 30 days notice upon being laid off due to the data center being shut down, but we only received 10 days notice.

      Thank you for taking the time to write your review and share your perspective with us. I am sorry to hear that your employment ended with short notice. In all honesty, often timelines are driven by the client...not determined by Pomeroy. I completely agree that both individuals and companies should live up to the terms of the contracts that they agree to. I am curious about the contract that you are referring to. To my knowledge, Pomeroy does not enter into such contracts with employees. However, if you are able to share the contract with me, I would be happy to pursue the terms of the agreement.       Pros

      Minimal responsibility; easy job. Direct exposure to data center hardware and processes. Sometimes direct interaction with customers which is good experience.

      Cons

      Entry level with not much possibly to move up. Minimal benefits and almost none when part time. Mostly working alone, little to no interaction with anyone.
