Company has very good HR support services. They answer all your HR questions quickly and comprehensively.

Cons

It depends on the position, of course, but the avenues for advancement are few.

Pros

Work independently on customer locations. Meet some nice people. Remote from management usually.

Cons

Lack of quality communication, repetitive "motivational" statements repeated frequently to the point of ineffective. Remote management tries to hold the strings tight but fail to learn each local account they manage usually and adds to confusion and issues. Expect employees to drop everything in their life at a moments notice to cover for the lack of employees.
