Simply put if you want a secure long-term job Pomeroy is not the place. They will sell your contract to the outsourcing area in Manila the second they can to make a buck while not giving raises ever. Pomeroy is not a company for the people. Its a company for themselves and it cares little to the people that give them years of service.
