Management does not have your best interest at heart. Low pay and work you like alave. There is not room for you to move up. I worked there and was supposed to get medical benefits and never got it.

Experience in the IT field does have or has had some very recognizable clients in the great Cincinnati area

Cons

*unfair and flat out deceptive pay practices *poor to inept management *no consideration for employees all about making the money *was lied to by supervisor, middle and top management

Able to work from home at times Flexible hours If you looking for a start in PM, this might work, if you can get over the CONS!

Cons

Not a diverse company Pay is horrible Management is not on the up and up. Some of the managers are scared of their employees. Managers talk about other managers and other non related subjects. - Gossip! If you dont fall into the cliques..... your out! Management undermine employees so they can look bad to others - to their clients!
