Pros
A good "foot in the door" company that contracts with many different it organizations and provides employees with networking opportunities through their daily work
Cons
As a IT contract company they do not care too much about retaining talent through raises or added benefits. They count on the high rate of turnover to justify investing most of their money in the higher level positions. No cost of living raises, no bonuses. I worked there for 5 years and only got one pay raise that was not related to changing positions.
