Few if any, thankless work.

Cons

Worked on a contract for 2 years and never got a single raise. The paid time off was the only benefit to this job, other than that it felt thankless at times. They announced that everyone was getting a raise 2 months before terminating everyone on the contract.

Benefits are decent Work/Life balance is easy to manage WFH is available as well as is in office if preferred (Depending on location) (Specific for my desk) Management is easy to work with and has a good understanding about how to run the desk properly

Cons

*Depending on the desk you work for you may never be off calls *Pay raises are non existent unless you move to a higher position *PTO is issued at the beginning of the year and will be all you have all year and it does not roll over to the next year if any is left over *Does not 401k match
