I worked with a very good group of folks! They really put a lot into their work and making thing work at Pomeroy - overall a positive experience.

Cons

The company is still trying to beef up their resources to delivery IT services on local basis. They don't have enough technical people to fulfill on promises made to customers.

40 hours a week are guaranteed and they are usually willing to work with your school schedule.

Cons

Management picks and chooses who can and who cant advance in the company because there are to many rules to follow that even management cant follow all of them when promoting employees. Management has to break some rule(s) to promote an employee, and they decide when to break each rule.

People I work with are great. Immediate management is great at supporting and standing by their employees opinions and actions. Overall a great team to work with.

Cons

Management will sometimes promise opportunities, but fails to find a a way to make them happen - this is usually due to red tape of the contract relationship.
