Pros
Pomeroy isn't the best place to work due to lack of salary and career options. Some people have been here 3+years with no salary increase. There are some very nice and knowledgeable people, but they usually leave as soon as another job comes available. Pomeroy has a hard time retaining employees.
Cons
Management is difficult to work with, and there is virtually no opportunities for growth. The company has frozen salaries and is not longer offering any kind of hiring bonus. It's very common to see people openly looking at Monster job boards during work hours. Over all it's a pretty bad place to work, but it pays more than unemployment.
