Pros
Honestly, nothing is coming to mind.... Those stuck in the trenches, had great camaraderie with others that were in their trench. However, if you stuck your head above the level ground, it was likely to get blown off.
Cons
Executive Management was abismal, middle management had no plan for operation, improvement or where they wanted to go with a business model. There is no formal training... there was no recognition for doing a good job. Compliments to staff were few and far between, and backhanded. (You're doing a great job, but our SLA's still suck... work harder!)
