      Pros

      Family like work environment, flexible hours, decent cooperate events. The company is trying to go in a positive direction however the strategy is not matching the delivery.

      Cons

      Executive level needs to listen to their people more. The employees have great ideas that could take Pomeroy to the next level. However when you do not act on feedback from your people. Try treating your employees better! Pay is below market average as well, sometimes margin is great but without your employees you have nothing.

      Good Start for Young Employees With No Family

      Good vacation time, newly built "Limelight" for employee recognitions , opportunities at other Pomeroy remote locations, 401k

      Cons

      Base pay is horrible, (maybe 27, 28k), (peak is 30k maybe 31), insurance awful (stupendously high deductible ) , no connection with upper management feels like your a working number, no employee defense , advancement very slim

      Pros

      I don't see any pros to this company. I'd recommend finding another company to work for.

      Cons

      The pay. They expect you to take on extra duties without any incentive. Raises come very rare and small percentage. Every other year or so. They limit you to what you can learn on the job as far as access to certain things and have a group for everything. No sense of loyalty for years of service to the company. They will get rid of you the sense that they can find someone a lot cheaper to do the work for you.
