Good place as a start up in one IT career.

Cons

NO potential for career growth and management lock direction. No progress review process in place. Tools needed to perform job often does not work and no back up process in place when systems needed to perform ones duty is down

Caring Regional Staff - Disconnected National Staff

Pros

As the title says, within the field offices you would usually find staff and management that gave their all with the best intentions. At the time these regional offices were able to steer themselves to some degree, which gave them the ability to cater to local clients and provide some flexibility to staff.

Cons

Again, as the title says, disconnected national staff. There was a breakdown in between the headquarters and the regional offices, which usually resulted in local customers suffering when it came time for a corporate restructuring.

Able to work from home at times Flexible hours If you looking for a start in PM, this might work, if you can get over the CONS!

Cons

Not a diverse company Pay is horrible Management is not on the up and up. Some of the managers are scared of their employees. Managers talk about other managers and other non related subjects. - Gossip! If you dont fall into the cliques..... your out! Management undermine employees so they can look bad to others - to their clients!
