      Pros

      Was a good company in the past, last few years were absolutely abysmal. Just Google what has been going on there. Shocking they closed branches and the leadership jumped ship. Makes me laugh.

      Cons

      Everything these days, especially if you have talent - they would rather get rid of talent and keep people without no idea what they are doing but make Pennie’s on the dollar.

      The people doing the actual work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs, changing leadership, no raises, no 401k match, and now outsourcing jobs to India while the "leadership" seems to keep growing. Since the new CEO came in almost a year ago there have been zero communications to the workforce about plans for the future. Down on the ground the future seems bleak

      Not any now, was once a great place to work.

      Cons

      Turning W2 employees into 1099's without letting them know, have to be wheels up and rolling to get paid. No pay for responding to emails, training, timesheets ect... expected to monitor call queue for 8 hours a day without pay. Border line illegal.
