      -ITIL foundations are never followed. -Unnecessary meetings -Support for issues that are out of scope for your department -Compensation is horrible -No raises -No bonuses -No profit sharing -Long term employees Gate-keep knowledge -Benefits extremely overpriced, with barely any coverage

      Good people to work with including co-workers and supervisor/mgmt. Resources provided for training. W/L balance a plus. WFH options.

      Cons

      No 401k match Lower than avg pay compared to other companies Health insurance benefits often changed and got worse over time Several mergers/acquisitions caused confusion and pay raises missed due to changing budget.

      It's a good company if you're trying to get your foot in the door of IT.

      Cons

      Dead end job. Good luck getting increases. I haven't had an increase in 5 years. I've been told by my last 3 managers that "once this contract is renewed you'll get an increase", yet the contract has been renewed and... oh, there's no money for increases
