This unsteady history is probably going to end with a split of techs leaving to work for Toshiba. - Upper management and CEO has switched again in less than a year, more organizational announcements are coming soon regarding this. Another sign this place is the Titanic and not a cash cow. - Raises are still not being considered and the company uses legalese to dodge questions regarding this in meetings. Guaranteed the Organizational meeting at least 5 people on the call will ask and get a politicians runaround. - Work is scarce, calls that come in are a long distance from your primary work area. This means lots of driving as a personal vehicle driver. This means lots more liability and gas responsibility with no increase in compensation. The company "feels the number is fair" even though it hasn't changed in over 5 years.
