Pros

Looks like it could be a great place to work. Some of the team leads are great people that want more.

Cons

Been employed 4 years and my position is vastly different then what I signed up for. I know business is always changing and taking that into account and my work load tripling is not good business. Especially when there was an insult of a raise given 2 years after the position was started. The customer is very happy with the work that is completed why is Pomeroy not compelled to keep their employees happy?

some of the pros of working here is that they actually have to pay you. Thats just about the best part of it.

Cons

There were a lot of cons working here. For one, they really work you. Two, they dont pay much. It was just a job

Experience, but that is not always used a factor for cross department hiring or for retention of loyal employees

Cons

Management often is hired from outside the company in order to lowball salaries. Hourly employees are often running projects, temp staffing and will make a negligible amount more than the temp staff. Tech levels are not granted with any consistency despite departmental guidelines.......and much more. Expecially in the logistic center- Configuration department. Horribly vague and elusive Manager
