Thank you for sharing your concerns. Pomeroy is a Glassdoor Engaged Employer and that means we place special importance on listening carefully to employee concerns and take them seriously. The company’s decision to reduce compensation was difficult but it was based upon our primary objective to preserve jobs. The alternative would have been even more difficult in terms of broad workforce reductions. It’s our hope the decisions the company is forced to make during this crisis will be short-lived. Because of the nature of the issues we encourage you to talk with us directly so that we can fully understand your concerns and respond appropriately to them.
